A little about Haafizah, Co-founder of Lyph Lab

My name is Haafizah, a 20-something woman originally from South Africa, living and working in the Isle of Man. Having to adapt to different societies and cultures, I’ve had to learn how to balance my work, life, faith and goals – while also maintaining myself.

After completing my BSc in Biomedical Sciences, I went on to research infectious diseases and education during my PhD. Knowing my ultimate goal was to create a safe space where clients can feel comfortable to open up, find their peace and become the best version of themselves they could ever imagine, I decided to take the leap and establish a place to do that: Lyph Lab.
My thirst for knowledge and helping others was and has always been my motivation for further study and research into nutrition, female health and therapeutic methodologies in order to allow me to provide clients with the best experience possible.

Products and services offered through Lyph Lab are not quick fixes or fads, they are aimed at creating long term changes and effects using evidence-based approaches. They are tailored to your lifestyle and goals, giving YOU the tools to be the absolute best version of yourself. We don’t expect you to be lifelong clients, but lifelong friends

This 4 week nutrition and habit changing programme will give her the time to take a step back, breathe and implement those positive changes she’s been putting off while taking care of the world.

With weekly check-ins and support, we will take care of her the way she took care of you.

Programme details:
Initial Nutrition counselling session (in person or online) – Introduction to the programme and how to use the habit tracker, talk through the basis of nutrition, set goals and TWO new habits, create a meal planning guide. (45mins)

Second Nutrition counselling session (in person or online) – Update on progression, introduction to meaning of vitamins & supplements and when you do (or don’t) need them, setting two NEW habits. (45mins)

3 nourishing recipes a week – mixture of ideas for balanced breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to keep you motivated.
